EVENT INFORMATION AND RULES
The warm up and course will be set up in our outdoor arena, warm up is a 20m x 40m and the course is in a 40m x 40m arena. Parents can lead children round the course and support in the arena - this is an inclusive event suitable for all abilities with a relaxed atmosphere!
CLEAR ROUND RULES
1. All attending must be kind and courteous to other competitors, volunteers, judges and staff members. We have a zero-tolerance policy on bullying and expect all attending to follow the rules.
2. The organisers & landowners do not accept any liability for damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators, or personal property.
3. Hard hats to current BSI Standards must be worn at all times when mounted.
4. The Organisers reserve the right to alter, add to or cancel any class, and to refuse any entry without stating a reason. whilst we want riders to have a go we will ask that after 3 refusals to one fence you attempt one last jump and leave the arena.
5. No Misuse of the whip, spurs, equipment or practise fences will be allowed.
6. All horses/ponies must have had a flu vaccination within 12 months of the competition and not within the 7 days prior to the event. Please be aware spot checks will take place throughout the day.
7. Horses/Ponies must be 4yrs old and over.
8. No horse/pony will be permitted to jump in more than 3 rounds on the day.
9. Horses must not be left unattended whilst tied up to your lorry/trailer.
10. Haynets must not be tied up outside of your lorry/trailer
11. All dogs must be kept on the lead at all times and cannot enter the arena. Please pick up and take home any droppings
12. No smoking or vaping on site - we have a bike shelter front of main office where this is permitted.
TIMES ~ times will be emailed the Friday before the event
WITHDRAWALS ~ can be made online through your account up until 48hrs before the event start time. Refunds will be given up to this time, or if the entry can be replaced.

(Stressless) DRESSAGE RULES - fancy dress or music!
Intro and Prelim are split into juniors (up to 16yrs - taken by the age on 01/01/2025) and seniors.

Riders can choose to ride along to a "Christmas" themed song or dressed up in a Christmas outfit. The dressage will take place in our Indoor Arena, warm up outdoor in the 20m x 40m dedicated space.
In addition to the Clear Round rules stated above, the Dressage Rules
1. This competition will be run in accordance with British Dressage Rules in regards to permitted tack however due to the nature of the fun show we are permitting alternations to rider dress code.

13. We are a non smoking site and vaping is only permited at the bike shelter in front of ain office building.
TIMES will be emailed out by the end of day Friday 5th December along with bridle numbers
Mechanical Horse rides
approx. 10 minutes per rider through a Winter scene!
Minimum age 5 years old, children must be accompanied by an adult.
